The staff was absolutely amazing and we liked full English breakfast. Functional and bright room, as expected. Located in the heart of the city. Service was perfect in the seaside hotel.

I really enjoyed that the reception was good. Politeness from the whole staff.

As for me, the area was not pleasant.

Optimal location and good value for price contrasted with other options. Extremely polite staff, magnificent views, well soundproofed room. I slept so comfy in the good bed. Neat place and thoughtful service.

Location and staff are excellent, and the hotel is kept exceptionally clean. Worth mentioning view, a nice balcony, extra large bed, too.

Excellent place, great for weekend. I enjoyed an English decor and elegant furniture. Amazing breakfast, incredible service. Had good beers, juices and coffee in the downstairs bar.

Enjoyed this place, it was absolutely incredible. The English breakfast included different breads, fresh fruit, meats and bakery. Everything was spotless during our stay yet disappointing aspect was not very clean bathroom. The pool was heated. A short walk to the fantastic beach.

Our favourite hotel in Grasmere, staff was lovely. The place was deluxe and very clean, it had superb rooms and food.

The Potting Shed Cafe, where you can eat, is easy walk to the hotel. Bedroom was gorgeous. A handy base for exploring Grasmere.

The view of the terrace was stunning! Within walking distance of helm crag. Roof terrace was included.
